Guru, I think you have misunderstood. The company asked for a suspension of trading in its stock, it wasn't suspended by the ASX. It is the only way you can continue a trading halt. The trading halt wasn't a bad thing in the first place and neither is the suspension.
This is a great and logical move that protects the share price from manipulation and deliberate destruction by shorters (many of whom are the banks involved in discussions) and it therefore enables an excellent outcome. (By the way, it will give the opportunity to answer all of your submitted questions too.)
The only ones who will be upset by this pre-emptive move are the shorts.
