I have a simple valuation question.
When ECT gets its production plant built, and assuming at a cost of $30M (150K tonne/pa production plant), does this not mean that ECT will own an asset to a value of $30m even though ECT may not be required to contribute towards its construction?
If that is the case, shouldnt the share price increase by about 10c (ie. $30M MC) once ECT announces financial/jv deals about the production plant?
