I agree with podge re BHP takeover likelihood.

Atlas has a fantastical unicorn pooing rubies behind a chocolate bush "1Mtpa" rate of mining, and 27Mt of DSO resources and a sodding great chunk of magnetite it admits it wants to flog (but no one has the ~$500M? they ant for it) but it does not have the long mine-life low-cost structure or deposit or ANYTHING which fits BHP's idea of a "world class asset". Trust me, I've worked for majors, they would belly laugh at Atlas and wish it good luck.
