This is the response I received from the EPA:

"Guidelines have been issued to Shree Minerals Ltd. EPA Tasmania are awaiting documentation (Development Proposal and Environmental Management Plan, DPEMP).

Once a satisfactory DPEMP has been submitted to EPA Tasmania, the Development Application, including all supporting information, i.e. DPEMP, will be advertised and public comment sought. All documentation will be published on the EPA website at this time."

Don't see why the EPA would lie? They have no vested interest.
