Don't mean to intervene in your conversation with Grub however, in my opinion I think a 10:1 consolidation might be in need.
If we have roughly 4b shares and we reverse split it (consolidate) by 10 it will become a total ball park figure of 400M shares.
Which ultimately will take our SP from .002 to .02 per SP.
In saying this, I think if we consolidate before we drill we might not see a fall in SP as most might consider what is about to be revealed.
Plus the day traders might !@#$ off.
So there's many different ways we can split, it all boils down to what the SH want.
