There's more to the story than them just not wanting to comply.
They did comply and had sensitive information leaked. In my opinion, that warrant's extreme caution.

I think that if ASX wants ISX to comply with the requests, then they should also provide good reasonings as to why they need that information. To me, that sounds fair.
