It's not about fairness. As much as we would like they don't get to pick and choose which rules they get to obey. The ASX don't have to provide good reason for anything. unfortunately.You not might like the rules but they are the ones ISX agreed too at the start. Again this company grew with assistance of all of us investors.

I understand the accusation from ISX regarding the leak but holding out doesn't seem the best solution either.

Maybe I'm naive but if you have nothing to hide and then hide nothing. If ASX have an axe to grind and are dodgy themselves that's much easier to show when you've been transparent and 100% open then playing games.
