No offence intended, but When you keep mentioning drill core i flinch a bit. They are RC drill chips that a Geo will sieve, log and store in a chip tray for future reference. The sample is just mostly dirt and fine rock that is collected off a sample splitter (image below) or by spearing the bulk samples. I am assuming you already know this and its just a terminology thing, as you mentioned the 2 RC rigs onsite. But i just thought i'd share the difference in case others did not understand where all this visible gold core is coming from. FWIW they have not told us any specifics of how many metres were in that pan or nor anything to scale the pan off. I'm hoping its a big hit and the model suggests there are more holes like 287 but lets all just wait and see.

Surely a Diamond Rig will be needed soon though. Then you can have all the drill core you want.

1 drill hole does not make a deposit and but 1 drill hole can miss a deposit........
