You used the word " refuse " , not me. I was asking why they don't challenge in order to get the debate or the interview if they believe they are right ? You never hear them saying " I asked xyz for an interview and they refused ".
I was also referring to these people in general actually. Not Shill-eneberger specifically.
Interestingly I have just stumbled across a very recent podcast of the Heartland Institute interviewing him. I don't have the time to listen to it now but it is interesting that he should be on their podcast rather than one that opposes his views.
