To be fair, NAW said they approved their own text in the release, not the numbers. They also said the figures were only a quick estimate of the maximum possible transactions if all of NAW's clients used the software for every delivery (unlikely). The calculation was made at a meeting which included GSW management so they would have known that the figures weren't achievable.
