The Ann NAW approved had both the numbers and the NAW text in the same release right?

Isn't it hard to claim you only looked at your section if they were both in the same release? And also hard to blame that on GSW if this narrow approval scope was never communicated to them?

But the numbers did come from CBA no? So why should GSW not reasonably rely on these? If the numbers turned out to be bad, isn't that on CBA not GSW?
