Maybe they've been told not to...
My own opinion leads me to think that an MSB MIS-C announcement dropping days ahead of an upcoming White House announcement RE therapeutic for treatment of COVID, would trigger the market movement that The White House itself has said it wants to avoid.
What's another couple of days when it's possible that an announcement from us is just the admin part of a greater verbal announcement from The White House.
Again, IMO.
