"This rights issue underwritting failure is going to see MS be able to place the excess that holders dont take up at whatever price to whoever they want ? Is that right ?

Under ASX listing rule 7.2, execption 3, ....the price must not be less than the price at which the securities were offered under the pro rata issue....

Nethertheless, nothing would suprise with this "shining light of corporate governance".

I wonder what else is left to play out?
