Donaco will be getting a 90 years lease on land that’s value at USD $1000 per metres. They’ve got almost 12 hectares.

A future with lesser air and sea travel, due to social distancing… Even after a cure for covid is found. This mean border trade amongst countries will become more significant… town like Poipet and Lao Cai will be more relevant.

It’s the land, location within SEZ is hard to come by and will be very useful in a post covid world. That’s why Somboon want back in.

I expect land value in Poipet and Lao Cai to increase in value over the next decade.
