Ridiculously cheap takeover

What are the directors thinking?

I suppose the only good thing is it jumps to 37 cents tomorrow & from then it is joined to PDN "at the hip" ... every move upward by PDN will see FSN follow.

Still too cheap though ... I think we are going to see more & more of these opportunistic takeover happen as predators eat up the little guys
