If they have received the 6.4M US from ore shipments etc (due by 5th Dec).. they dont need the sale to go through to initially cover the first installment of the Hawkswood loan...
Might have been a sneaky way for them to delay repayment... (not that I think the mgt of ADY are anywhere near that smart).. but they are a sneaky lot.
this would give them until 31 dec to come up with the remaining 8.8 Mil...
who knows... settlement with besalco...by then (JA is currently over there - his first trip to the area ???
