    GSG had a farm-in arrangement with PXA...PXA shares were purchased by QGC....Any arrangement that GSG had with PXA will have been finalized at the time of settlement by QGC.....IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CTP.....All of GSG's entitlements (?) would have been wrapped in the contract of sale of PXA shares to QGC.....
