Trust is key, if you can trust what the client is saying and is backed up by financials supporting past,current and future business no problem.

Generally we would bend over backwards to help and support when circumstances require. But that would all cease for any client that knowingly submitted misleading financial statements. Whether new business or old.

As for the comon threat "I'll close my account" often I'd have the paper work already drafted waiting their signature.
