Lou in the last teleconfetence stated that he would make ARR 100mill in the next 2 years.
This meeting is for us to approve a lowering of the bar but still give management the same rewards.
Basically the way I read this is that they are giving themselves 4 years to get to an ARR of 20mill.
Does anyone read this in a positive manner?
