In simple terms after the flush though you can trade in the CDIs on the ASX or Frankfurt SE or in the shares converted from CDIs on the LSE. Eventually there will be few CDIs left but their value is the same as the LSE listed shares as they can be converted on the contract terms of the CDIs.
