1. the flows reported are at least 2 months old and may straddle a incomplete month..... 2. It is not necessary to report figures for testing or exploratory wells untill they go fully commercial.. 3. I know the directors credibility is a issue here but I doubt very much they would flaunt disclosure rules... 4. I am inclined to think that a conservative approach is what is happening here.
5. On several occasions on talking to JC he has expressed extreme caution on releasing figures as to not alert on possible acquisitions too early ,he wishes to maximise the price
