    Personally I'd be surprised if SPP raises just 20% of the total $3.4M, $700k is all I'd be expecting.

    The whole CR should not have been at such a discount & or either the SPP to us retailers should have been underwritten, with such solid insto's as mentioned, just IMO of course.
