Is it just me, or is that estimated market size smaller than expected?
Going by the chart in 2020 the entire U.S. market is only around maybe $1.5 billion - and it appears won't even double in the next 5 years. I'm honestly surprised it is not larger.
I was hoping it would be larger as it would represent a larger potential market of consumers to switch back to A2 only dairy.
