The underwriters would be underwriting this at $62 which means they are making the assumption that most of the allocation will be taken up at $62 or more likely it'll be bid up.
Like I said, this is an extremely positive sign for APT and anyone who bought above $60 feeling they may have bought too high. Very unlikely we'll see prices below $62 anytime soon. AIMO.
