once upon a time my mum said to my dad, lets buy some land out liverpool way for an investment. My dad said, no way, theres nothing out there and there will never be anything out there.
Well, the people who owned acreage out there made millions.
My dad did say once that he wishes hed listened to mum.
I didnt listen to anyone who said there was no decent ore there - and lookie, there is.
I didnt listen to anyone who laughed at the one billion tons - tho i didnt push that figure - I knew 500 mt was conservative.
Im still in for all or nothing but theres more than just "nothing" there.
