That specific street and block is quite congested with houses already built - It will be chaos if more than 10 vehicles are nearby - wouldnt be surprised if they have organised with the council to block off the street to locals and media only
Also, Owning shares in a company is not the same as owning the companies assets. You only own shares that can be traded to other people. thats it.
