as has been mentioned earlier Anthony the SPP raise at 3c means that you can sell what ever you hold above 3c and buy them back at 3c. Short term gain rather than adding to your position at a potential discount but some also will sell at 3.3c to buy back 10% more stock than they had funded by the SPP. It really is a risky play and thats why they have it part underwritten. If SP is 3.3c or less then most shareholders won't take the offer up. That means the company has less funds but they will have enough and can put hand on heart and say they gave shareholders same opportunity as the sophs. Benefit is if SH don't take up the offer there is less dilution. August will likely see the re rate everyone is hoping for and then a slow climb into next year and potentially year after depending on U prices could see a massive re rate. all imo of course.
