ok auto, lets just say that beach come in with a full cash offer at .40 cents which values copper at 116 million.
in effect, if it succeeds, beach would only be paying about 50 million for cooper because of coopers cash holdings.
worrying times for mike scott and co because they wont be around for too long if an offer like that comes out.
