Apply for an exemption again, again and AGAIN! You cannot get it to go visit family, but you can get it to rejoin with your long term partner! (De-facto) She should be able to get Visitor visa and come in AU as partners of citizens/PR’s are allowed (unless you cannot apply for that as you’re already waiting for Partner visa) Don’t give this up and talk to Immigration agent or bombard IMI department by phone calls and emails. Imi lawyer is gonna be the best (you can surely spend some cash on it)
