she is Ukranian, not a mail order. Met her on plane coming back from Milan. She works in China, we have tried tourist visa twice now both rejected. So we had to wait a bit and do a 300 visa, at that point we couldn't do a 309 partner defacto visa. We can probably do this now, would have to reapply and possibly be taken out of que so no point. Pain in the bum.
we have an immigration lawyer, ive spent 16k so far on lawyer and application plus another 55k visiting her every two weeks for almost 2 years. Just sick of the Australian process, I will reapply for the exemption tomorrow until they finally take notice, if not im building a submersible hahaha
