Stocks can spike in a capital raise but in the absence of a transforming news event or brokers providing price support to the stock in the aftermarket the natural trend of the stock will be to move back towards the placement price. T

The Board would like to see the price higher to make the SPP attractive and get the extra funds. This is where a tightly held stock and strong broker support becomes important.

We will soon see if that broker support is there. Despite todays close that support may still emerge as we get closer to the close of the SPP. You may see also see support from wealthy insiders who will be keen to keep the price up to get the maximum funds in. Its now in nearly everyone's interest to see that price above 3.0c as exploration companies need cash - it's their lifeblood.. We can't expect them to build a lot of value on a shoestring exploration budget.

I am excited about this one, but some patience is needed IMO . There is a lot going for these guys and backed by some smart money. The next few weeks are going to be critical as the drilling results come in and they try to scoop up as much cash as possible The land grab augurs well as they definitely needed more ground They seem to be making all the right moves. Don't get too depressed if the price sags a bit as that's the natural trend without support or news. Accept there are risks and there will be bad days - thats the game

more cash
more ground
actively drilling in a known uranium zone next to a mill
improving uranium market environment - supply/demand
