MOU says KSA want 100 machines. To meet housing demand, upfront payment on the houses would be a needed IMO.
That would solidify major capital investment (debt) for major expansion. Problem is (like ive mentioned multiple times) MOU is massive outdated now and wont meet milestones.
How many houses do they still need?
