I have a gig in the UK during the morning some nights.

Also some times i find sleep boring.

In saying that i know its important, but i just roll with what goes.

Im sure to piss off to bed in about 30 minutes, and be back in 4 hours for day time job.

In saying that while ive been working, i appear to have emptied 2 bottles of red.

I suspect that does not bode well for 10am.
