I think we would want to see it in the 1-2yr timeframe.
If they are not interested enough to push it out in that timeframe they probably won't. Someone else might using DYE's muck, but as far as it being DYE's design I think they need to show interest now.

The tech is all there, between the work of DYE and G24i it is clear that you could take something like this into mass manufacture right now, I don't know what they would cost but they could be done.

So DYE just need to find a partner, someone like Coleman, to make and retail the things.
