Cut some of the executive plus rank and file workers that were based on projected expansion.
Put energies into resource upgrade of Jack hills and Weld range.
Mgmt to opening come out and put a wage freeze on themselves
They need to be showing us that they are proactively cutting costs and streamlining there operation.
