Reality is unless the big buying comes into play again al la last week, this isn't going anywhere past 10 for the moment. It's heavily stacked from 10-12c.

Retail buying isn't going to do it. Have to wait until the next big feeding session. You'll know it when it happens, the bulk between 10 and 12 will just disappear, until then it'll probably drift back down to 9c.

Like Melua said, until short term uncertainty is wiped out, there will still be some hesitancy.
