AuCu, banks are not going to totally shut off all credit. It is not in their interest to do so. That is how they make their money and high quality projects will get their funding, of which IGR's are shaping up to be amongst the highest.
The credit markets will begin to losen very soon as much of the bailout money begins to filter through.
