    you need to give me more information - there is nothing appearing in either CTPs or Advent's announcements, except for the MMR announcement moving it's equity in CTP to Advent -- otherwise I checked all current and historical court proceedings and nothing shows up at this time

    while to be sure I have left a message with CTP's CFO Julian Tambyrajah on the issue, and he will be calling me back later today - will drop another post when I know more
