Considering it has been almost 3 weeks since OSP mentioned a deal with GE to be finalised shortly, one would think that things are very close, matter of days, not weeks, not months, so at the present price of 4.2c, it represents a massive opportunity .
Market capital is 61m, could easily be more than $100m when announcement is made.
