At any time from now Charge could come up with the money & settle OR as they seem to hold the ace it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to pull a swifty to get it even cheaper by actually pulling out of the deal then suddenly have another company (they previously set up) suddenly step in with a lower offer & the receivers say they have to take it as no other offers are on the table & 'bingo' they have it at an even better price..?
I believe that all Receivers must have plenty of business contacts too who just wait around to fleece any assets thay can off companies in trouble & I assume the Receivers spread the word around on ADY as well. Who knows if they actually know the people behind Charge & the law is so lapse I wouldn't be surprised if they were allowed to even sell it to their relatives.
Anyway....we will see what unfolds today.
