Surly the scrutiny of proof would be in the lives being saved.... why would the NCHC decided to go and pay for 300 trail when if say they just did 30 to be sure that would take the risk out funding it......if the worst patience on deaths door where given a chance .... a placebo effect surly could not be in play if someone in ICU is out to it...nothing much else but read them the last rights...oh would you like if give a dose Stems a shoot...
If this is fast tracking id hate to see what ago slow looks like!
When something doesn't make sense for me it not true, starting really raise questions in my poor little head !
