Three years ago, is not "hopelessly out of date figures" at all.
Three years is within time line date for the planning, construction and commissioning a coal fired power station.
As for "a fringe blog like 'wattsupwiththat'."
Try disproving their figures.
How about you justify your statement ... "You might have a soft spot for coal. But it's clearly on the way out" with some facts and figures of your own ...
or is your statement just your opinion?
