i disagree with that, 6 million MC for a shell with 3.5 million cash i consider very cheap, ev only 2.5 million.
ive seen shells run up to a 15 million MC with not much cash.
also the company stated they were very close in march

At this time we are currently on the final stretch of due diligence on three opportunities that
we believe represent strong investment opportunities, with one particular opportunity that
is close to a final term sheet.

so it could be tomorrow or next week but its getting very close, and the volume increase imo would suggest its very close indeed.
again in this market atm on a great acquisition i dont see why this could not be another 1000/2000% increase stocks.
