Hi mach8! Thanks a lot for your answer. But Im still a bit confused by this "TSO was able to remove the remaining US$2,000,000 exploration commitment that had to be completed by 17th Jan 2021". This is a commitment to spend $2M for the exploration of El Zorro, not to be put in the pocket of anyone right? And our spending for phase 2 should easily exceed this amount. So why do we have to pay Sr 5M shares in order to have this term removed?
