Looks like a lot of holders (other than substantial holders)in the 1.50 - 2.50 range.

Soros came and went pretty quick ad hammered the s.p. just recently

Qatar steel pull out but note they are still a substantial holder (nearly 9%, any ideas's what price they are in at or are they playing this for a future reentry, lots of questions here)

Very low since Soros bailed out so looks like majority are hanging on - good news..

Like all stocks those on margin calls and stop losses are all out now.

The key to this is J.V. developer, sounds like a lot of interest but there's the gamble in this market.

Sound like a stock that could keep creeping up on low volume given Soros having such a downward impact.

Yeserday's news was largely expected given lack of moves today however another important box ticked and allows for more advanced negotiations.

hmmm looks pretty good overall.
