what a bunch of real estate agents you all are !

the reason for falling interest rates, as "above mentioned" posters proclaimed, was the NEW "age of prosperity"...another boom (as if the latest boom had anything to do with prosperity) !!!

little did they know they were sailing into a biggest financial/economic crisis of their lifetime !!!

(just goes to show how well informed they are)

interest rate cuts are just a desperate attempt to soften the MAJOR blow masses will feel when it hits them with full force (which is still couple of months away) !

spruik all you want...building is slowing and supply is rising !!!

isn't that saying enough (that's if you are interested in seeing and not just ramping in order to sell)
