teddie, I haven't dug back too far, but I recall from one of Steve's interviews that they were working on a replacement Chairperson. So, it appears that they are conscious of the fact that Stu doesn't appear to be the right person in that spot at this stage of development.
The company has gone way beyond the publicity and rhetorical hype, much suited to Stu, and is now in the very serious stage of capitalizing on it's future potential of being a serious player in the Li industry. One would imagine that with what IS on the public record, this could be a most attractive opportunity for the "right" person.
