    What was the need for the Ann? Nothing to state, no obligation to make the Ann? Couldn’t they have held back until the 4C?

    Are the numbers so bad in the 4C so they wanted to flush out bad news in parts?

    Also, nothing to declare based on everything we guys have been pulling from the web regarding potential distribution deals, sales etc? Oh wow!
