    I'm personally tired of shareholders making excuses for the company - no disrespect intended - but when a CEO or MD says they will do something, and they repeatedly fail to do that something - well, I'll be asking them to look for a new job at the next AGM - the law says I'm a partial owner, so this is my entitled view.
