    The difference is that those companies release regular fluff announcements to encourage hype and confidence in the management. They attract loads of retail investors who have a "belief" in them. HCT could do the same, but theyve gone the other way.

    This is why HCT hasn't reached their levels. If they brought someone in who could market better for them, HCT could be the next ZNO
